there is a product out there called the netty pot. its a saline soloution nasal rinse. looks like a miniature tea pot. rinse the crap out of your nose 5/6 times a day for about 3 days and what ever infection you had should have cleared up. that's where most infections originate from any way.

Thanks for the info chaps. Got hold of cool heat and amazingly even though they have the agency they will not be bringing road shoes in to sa. Why? They recon it would cost the public to much. My question is why accept an agency if you wont bring in the road shoe range. And also presume what the public can or cant afford. Anyway long story short r and a cycles new york have stock colour and sizes. $300 ex postage and duty. Affordable as are the sidi wires at a similar price.

listen bud. idont want to be the bearer of bad news but I also had a groin hernia and thought it would heal on its own but they don't. I suffered for two years and then when the pain got to bad I reluctantly went for the op. took 6 week recovery of the bike and now back in the saddle as if it never happened. its a day procedure and well worth it!!

the wool defeet are great from about 5deg plus. anything below and the finger tips freeze up! a soloution is to use a pair of inners when the temp drops .
