  10. on the internet. google it - there are tons of sites with specs, but confirm with the dealer - before i bought mine I googled it, and some dealers had diff specs. Minor stuff though, like saddles etc.
  11. what about looking at the commencal range? good prices at the moment on 2007 stock. i bought my supernormal deluxe - it has a fantastic fox shock, sram 9 and 7 mix, truvativ cranks etc etc.. and havent looked back. well..to be honest I have, but only to see where the competition has disappeared to. also, it is pearl white. whadda beeeudy.

  15. I live in somerset west. Theres some nice trails up on helderberg mountain that we do every now and then I dont live there, ( clearly - I cant even tell the HH mountains from the Helderberg!) so could you plz tell me how to get to the trails, and do they all start from the same place?

  18. after totally scuffing up my carbon road Nike's on my MTB (was too impatient to wait and buy MTB shoes), I need to get a pair of MTB shoes before the weekend. any suggestions in R1 - 1.5k range? (maybe 2k at a push - Adidas marathon SL?) the shoes must under NO circumstances be black. Because I can, thats why.

  21. Does anyone know of places in Cape Town and surrounding areas where I can have my roadbike repainted/sprayed/coated, and what the costs would generally be? Also, whats best - spray or powder coat (or DIY with a set of neon highlighters for the retro Southern Sun colour scheme that Andrew Mac and Will Eng etc rode in the pre-carbon days.)
