I live in somerset west. Theres some nice trails up on helderberg mountain that we do every now and then I dont live there, ( clearly - I cant even tell the HH mountains from the Helderberg!) so could you plz tell me how to get to the trails, and do they all start from the same place?

Does anyone know of any decent trails in that area? (excluding j.hoek, of course). Denied access to Lourensford (apparently only Maverick guys are allowed in??)

Does anyone know of places in Cape Town and surrounding areas where I can have my roadbike repainted/sprayed/coated, and what the costs would generally be? Also, whats best - spray or powder coat (or DIY with a set of neon highlighters for the retro Southern Sun colour scheme that Andrew Mac and Will Eng etc rode in the pre-carbon days.)
