Also in %. Most bizarre race in long time.. Pace was everywhere, often my heart rate was in recovery zone then in red then back recovery.. Fell off bunch at last hill, got caught just before end by few A riders. I almost got taken out twice (actually touched wheels) , people simply dont look and chnage lanes. Amazing that there was not more crashes. And apologies for my rude language , I lost it a bit at one point.

The front bunches is bit of different "setup" and you will not ever be auto seeded into there, race office must do it "manually" Best is to get hold of race office and explain to them, maybe use the query my race seeding button. They normally reply to all emails (if not marked as spam) , if you don't get response within 2-3 days, give them call . You might have to show your ICU UCI (or equivalant) racing license etc etc Edit: coffee laps

Is it on the official race seeding list ? (all the WC sporiffs have 5 penalty as well as not official seeding event)

B sounds right then. First 90km is flatish, so just suck wheel and save energy for the last 2 bumps

I was A with ~19 seeding last year so if you seeding ~20 should be B-ish i think

Press conference just said first week of Feb .. so what ever that means The fact the seeding indexes has been calculated, normally means the start groups should be released fairly soon

Ja, not worried, Some was just speculating if last sportiff would count or not.

Seems like the 2018 Sportiff #1 was included in seeding, but with 5 penalty... Edit:Actually, all of the sportiffs have 5 penalty at the moment
