Crests are ok...but you need to make sure your tyres are hard enough....i had a bad experience but i was running 1.6 bar on the back which wasnt enough

you must use a syringe. the manufacturers instructions show it...no other way to get it done.

I rode a 2012 Vida 1, but i built up the frame with full XT and a rockshock SID. thouroughly enjoyed the bike..nice light frame

the dual air is the better instrument, however im sure they charged you solo air price, which is a newer model and thus more expensive..
