I have been with both. Club 100 is great with group rides but are more racing orientated. Look at the annual renewal fees. I changed because of this. Annual fees for Club 100 are more than for the Lab but I feel you get very little in comparrisson. I personally feel that for what you pay, you get more out of the Lab. You get the stuff that Trubie said plus I feel that the Lab communicates really well with members!

I like my Dart 2. Fine, it may need regular servicing but its stupidly easy to service yourself so no train smash!

Dude: are you still struggling? Eina!! I find that on my road bike I get a bit of irritation on my ITB but those pedals have less float. Also, check your cleat setup!! I recently found out that my one pair of shoes is what likely caused my hell!! If your toes are too inward it can slowly affect the ITB. My richley pedals have a fair bit of float but not too much - just enough to allow me to adjust to a comfy position.

If you are not looking at UST Conti's look at Sports Direct. They have fairly good prices on the Mountain Kings. I have just ordered UST Race and Mountain Kings from CRC based on advice from Andrew McLean - he rode Mountain King front, Race King back for epic and did not have problems with them.
