Gman... any luck getting it off your parents pvr? My attempt at recording it off tapes has resulted in horrible quality!! Not worth the effort.

I have been cleaning mine on the wheel up until now but last night took it off and will be my now preferred method as you can clean it thoroughly. I could never get it bling clean on no matter how much scrubbing. Paraffin works the best as it strips the muck off but if it is off, Sunlight works wonders!!

Okay, so I think I have found the problem but out of interest sake I want to see the opinions of you technoboffins on the hub: On Saturday whilst riding my bike started making an awful sound! A lekker grinding sound which I eventually worked out was coming from the RD. My gears were jumping as well . The noise only happened when I was not peddaling and the chain went slack. Whilst riding a long (800m) and steep downhill I saw that my chain also went slack during these times. So, what do you think is the prob and what caused it. Btw.... I like the idea of integration. Although I am highly peeved with Sportstracker for boming and loosing some of my best rides this year, the whole 1 that I have uploaded (yesterday's ride) makes me appreciate the value of having something that can do what it does. I am actually looking forward to having my phone with me tomorrow on my rural ride as it is A a safety device that I can track where I was and my family can track me if I get lost.

Okay, so I have been advised to put Conti Race King and Mountain King on my bike for a multi day but looking at CRC its not that easy because there are a host of varieties in that: Mountain King Mountain King Protection Mountain King Supersonic Mountain King UST Race King Race King Protection Race King Supersonic Race King UST How do I decide which ones to get???
