  1. SOME? Agteros i am inclined to think i was being diplomatic there
  2. been around for ages was first brought in by morningside then integrated marketing took over and killed the brand now i am not too sure who is bringing them in but they are decent
  3. ? Sorry Turtlek ? That is what I was told by my LBS. I also had an 8spd a few years ago which I upgraded to 9spd. When I went 10spd my LBS said I had to change bodies. In the end I just bought new wheels' date=' so I never really did the whole 8 to 9 to10spd conversion. It just goes to show how unscrupulous the LBS' are. They would rather sell a new body instead of a spacer[/quote'] yup the worst part is that the spacers come free with your cassette so they really are sharks some of them!!!

    Saddles?

101SCC i am jealous hahaha i want that pantani flite!!!!!!! but seriously though i have ridden on the SLR and the flite and also been chowed by the arione and munched by the gobi i also have ridden the san marco concor and loved it (had to give it back i currently ride a flite and i wont trade it for anything other than an SLR weird i know seeing as the one has a hammock shape and the other is a plank but funny enough these are the only two saddles other than the concor that i dont have issues with it really is a trial and error situation and unfortunately your @$$ doesnt always like what your budget can afford!!!!!
  6. you are correct the smallest chainring you can get for a normal crank would be a 52
  7. haha yea before you get nailed by the uber old dudes!!!!!
  8. Anytime Andre
  9. all that will be different is the width of your cage and the time it takes to take the chain from one sprocket to another which is negligible if you thik of the speed you will be shifting i doubt you will be wanting to sprint in the tour de france anytime soon but it wont make a difference if you get the gears set up properly i have done a few conversions 8 and 89 speed derailers to make them work on ten speed grouppo's and nobody has complained also Shimano and campy will always try to sell a new thing on the range because it is "improved" when all they have done is made it a different colour so your derailer will be good until it breaks and you absolutely need to upgrade
  10. chill dude life goes on Big H sucks to hear about the misfortune and hope things do get better
  11. who told you that????? the derailer is not set to work in clicks it is adjusted by using blocking screws and will work perfectly with any ten speed setup all you need to upgrade to ten speed would be a chain cassette and STI's if you looking for good reliability go for ultegra ten speed but if price is an issue go for 105
  12. Andre if they are still working then dont buy new ones those are still awesome sets of machinery and not worth the hole in your bank balance to upgrade
  13. cool anytime hehehe P.S. Are you bored?????
  14. Speed devil sorry to break this to you but i am curently riding an 8 speed dura ace hub on the rear and have no issues riding with a ten speed cassette all you need are two spacers on the freehub before the cassette
  15. hahahaha i will find out for sure by thursday slave just gotta sort stuff out at work then i can confirm!!!!
  16. ah well at least it was good!!!
  17. no ways i am sure you were on my wheel during the race oh well maybe another barend
  18. ok if i dont have to work then i will be there please let me know
  19. mampara good choice on bike there
  20. Spano dont stress i also didnt know what a barrel adjuster was a few years ago!!! just a tip if the barrel adjuster is all the way in you might have to undo the cable before doing that turn the barrel adjuster out 5 times and then loosen the cable then hold the pads onto the rim and tighten the cable again after pulling the cable through again that should give you enough room to work with and adjust your brakes if need be
  21. people will tell you the skewers stretch(Bull$H!T) they will also tell you the brake calipers walk on your rim(yes if you weigh more than 70 or you weigh less than 70 but decide to hit anchors going at 80 without a gradual pull of the lever) then come the jockey wheels ok have not tried them but from what i have heard they are good as any dura ace fsa and campy jockey wheels in my opinion its money well spent on all of thier stuff and not hellishly xpensive if they do break
  22. Barend where were the corima's on sunday dude looked like you were suffering a bit when i was pacing??????
  23. ? ?? what do you mean.. ? I shouldnt consider buying carbon wheels for less that 10g ? no no if the wheels are over ten grand leave them and go for the hed wheels from raoul if not then go for them
