I can agree with that Muxman and confronting them is a risk i will be more than willing to undertake seeing as i actually enjoy riding there swearing and cursing at a guy asking you to do something that is actually right shows a person how mature the other one is and if that does happen then we can take it further by either reporting the cars registration to the guys at the gate or calling thier offices durin the week and getting the park to prevent access for that car (might not solve the issue if they come in another car but will make them think twice about doing something stupid again it will take time doing it like that but as time goes by the work that will be done by us will eventually pay off although it is cliched i do believe rome was not built in a day and i would rather have us riding there than banned from there

Muxman i can agree with you in all but one of the points as a person that might ride there once every two months if that, i find that it will be a bit unfair for all of us that do ride out there from various points without season tickets to get a good long ride in with a decent set of hills so i can agree with you there but then shouldn't we as cyclists confront these idiots and give them a good talking to about it because if they dont get spoken to then how can we complain

Groot lem i am also asthmatic and instead of asthma pumps i use a salt water solution in a nebuliser to clear my lungs i also try to stay away from as much dairy as possible to help prevent phlem build up the nebuliser is a much safer idea than an asthma pump but unfortunately a bit on the expensive side

i just spoke to george and he has recieved no notification of his ban he is calling CSA first thing monday morning seeing as his race was before eben's he is surprised that he has not recieved notification

they are both banned and as far as i know pseudoephedrine is the lab engineered one to help with weight loss so it can be found in most things like leanor and any other weight loss supplement that is over the counter issued

ok guys I train With George (the other guy banned) and in the month coming up to the satelite challenge george was sick he was consistantly blowing chunks till all early hours of the morning so he didnt train as hard as he normally would now not only do i train with he guy but i ride away from him so now am i also a doper????? my point is that yes people go to the doctor and get prescribed meds that are illegal due to the fact that the person getting them is clueless he should let the doctor know that they are a competitive cyclist or even sportsman (different to professional because you are licenced and not getting paid)so that at the end of the day you dont end up like george or eben saying oh $H!T now what Good on you for clearing your name eben even though in our rough dog eat dog world the excuse that i have just given for george and you also gave in your posting it is unfortunate that thanks to our Professionals overseas that excuse is brushed over as lame flame me all you want everone i have met eben and i train with george both are very good stand up guys and for those that dont know george owns a bicycle shop here in kempton and is a very well respected person in our cycling community!!!! you can visit George at the health and sports zone bicycle shop and then make up your own decision of what to think of the guy!!

Bob from what i hear overtrainingonly happens when you sit on your bike for a certain amount of time everyday for at least a few months not being funny but if a hubber overtrains he/she doesnt spend time on the hub so therefore they are not really a hubber!!!!

STM if you want a fork to be in the shop more than your egular bike mechanic then buy yourself a DT swiss fork and also who serviced your reba shock and did you remember to put air in both chambers????

Jpw i rode with the BBB cassettes and i had no issues at all with them very very good copy on the original!!!
