Thanks, I like these because they are similar to the time pedals wrt mud, but I see they have only 3 degrees of float vs the 5 degrees of my time pedals.

Hi folks, I hit a rock with one of my pedal this weekend and it aint working so well now. I was thinking of buying another set of the same, that way I would have a spare pedal, but at a little over R1 000 its quite steep. Im wondering if I should move to another option. What pedal do you like, I need one with a good amount of float so that my knees dont kill me? No eggbeaters please.

Im phoning everywhere I can think of for a First Ascent Razor Vest. If you know of a shop with one, pleeeeease let me know.

Im guessing no more than 10 degrees when we start. I quite like the first ascent 'apple' jacket, but does it keep you warm?

Im due to ride tomorrow and I think its gonna be kinda chilly. What should I get to keep warm? Base layer - worries me coz taking it off is difficult. Jacket - need one small enough to put in shirt pocket. Wind proof, but rain proof not essential. What do you suggest, keeping in mind I need to buy it today (in JHB) so online stores wont help much.
