    First order of the day (and first time I've felt hungry since the bulletproof this morning) and it's Lunch. 1/2 an avo and some slices of smoked chicken breast. I could get used to this.

    I should really start with this, properly... Every time I get derailed within a week either because my lightie doesn't finish his dinner, or or or. Too many ifs and buts. Enough now. Had my first tame bulletproof coffee this morning, albeit just with one Tbsp butter and no coconut oil. Tasted good. Will slowly wean myself onto it - must admit that the first time I tried it was a bit too much, so didn't carry on with it.

    LOL. Ja. And as for the cycling guys - mate of mine represented SA at the world student champs in China a while back. They had McDonalds challenges. IE: ordering everything on the menu and scoffing all of it. Notoriety to the person finishing first

    Absolutely. I'd love to do it just so that I can prove it to myself, but I neither have the cash nor the time necessary to devote to the training that I'd need to prep for the thing. Who knows.... 5 years time? Maybe.

    Yeah, I realise that. Still, all the allotted entries were taken in 9 seconds. That's helluva fast.

    yeah, most probably because he didn't dress it up at all, and did it very often. Also went pretty head on into the attacks on an ongoing basis. But we digress. 9 seconds. Jeepers. Demand is still very much alive. And from the looks of things, scamsters have taken up residence on the gravy train of gullibility in the hope of getting lucky.

    no, just being.... Azonic. He was a racist of NOTE. Jeepers. Wasn't afraid to say it either, and went on random tangents that were very hard to follow, just attacking people left right and centre. He just went too far, too often.

    tiltable keels, ballast and the fact that they started lowering ht esails very early into the tip, lessening the chance of the sails going under water. Then there was less pressure on the sails from the wind (hull created an eddy) and the boat was able to right itself in due course. Also, people hanging off the top edge, creating leverage
