  1. Yeeeah, we saw several stacks in the section of Phoenix I was watching from. Hope my air horn wasn't too loud for you. ????
  2. It's comfortable under the bus. There's less wind and rain. A bit more oil than I'm used to, though.
  3. Dammit. Fell to my own rule about fact checking. Thanks for the info, D.
  4. Yes. Very. Even watching the previews I was getting sweatier palms.
  5. Ah! Was wondering, myself. No, I was fit enough for it but up until Tuesday I've been sick. Like, properly sick. Antibiotics for the first week, as well as all the medlemon, Vicks, flomist, zinc and **** I could throw at it. I'm now finally feeling human again. And not looking as if I'm just about to fall asleep all the time. So no. I desperately wanted to do this event, but I know that giving up my entry was the smart thing to do. Still gonna be there, heckling the racers.
  6. I'm getting more FOMO by the hour. But, will still be there to support. Still hacking up lurgies every now and then, so it was the right decision to transfer my entry.

  8. fkn bastard shitcunts. I have no problem with hunting, as long as it's done properly and with care. This wasn't proper or careful.

Not applicable to collection either./
  10. I'm REALLY having fomo on this one. Damn. But - given my entry to someone else, and I'll be there to heckle.
  11. I don't actually know the answer to that, but I know that the extra 25% doesn't apply to the premier membership.
  12. In your opinion, and mine, but not in Odi's. And that's fine.
  13. Same live transport to be slaughtered there? If so, that's abominable
  14. Odi, this is exactly why I said those things. This backs up those other studies I was talking about, but it's still a case of everybody's body is different and what works for you may not work for me. In this case, circumspection should be applied by you, to those studies you routinely pulled up to back your viewpoint. In nutrition science, it's not all that clear. I was already (and remain) circumspect about it all. You, however, dismissed them out of hand. Just own it, man. It's okay to admit that you may not have been as right as you thought you were, regarding this particular aspect of a plant-based (vegan) diet.
  15. 100% I may not agree with it, but that doesn't mean I don't accept it or that he's wrong to have it.
  16. That I agree with, in terms of primary focus, but it has been continual, on a number of threads.
  17. It may not be the same thing, but a plant-based diet is PART of veganism. You've continually gone on about the health benefits of a plant-based diet. Those claims may not be as true as you've been led to believe, and now you're back-tracking...
  18. yeah, that's a TERRIBLE analogy, and not at all near what the paper is saying.
  19. Looks like corner to corner, and the last pic is of a.... hobie 18?
