Started my BMW F800 ST for the first time in 5 years. New battery , checked all fluids , drained fuel tank and half-filled with fresh petrol . Spinned the motor a few times . Tried Quick Start. No dice. Consulted Eng. Google . Cleaned fuel injectors . Motor starts on first swing. Fortunately it was yesterday and not Friday, 13th. Happy days . ( My wife not so happy , for some reason ).

I am looking for a fuel pump for a BMW F800 ST. JHB /West Rand area ( Sorry to post this where al the cool stuff gets discussed ).

I bought a Record ( B100-100 , " Made in South Africa" ) 10cm general purpose vice with a swivel base many, many years (decades ) ago. The big decision ( laterally kept me awake some nights, due to the extra cost ) was if I should get the fixed base or the swivel base . Was/is my first tool that I considered quality .
