The Hub homepage does have links to top stories on Velonews and Pez so I can empathise with Astana to a certain extent. However I do appreciate links to articles outside of the Hub, as long as the poster makes it clear what the link is referring to, I can choose whether the story is of interest or not.

Wow I didn't expect to open such a huge can of worms, prevailing sentiment appears to be overly negative. I will make a point of calling them tomorrow and reserving further judgement until post that phonecall. At least I don't feel singled out by the crappy experience so far.

Joined the PPA as an up country member 3 weeks ago. I have not yet received any form of confirmation of my membership via the post or email, although I am getting their weekly newsletters. I have emailed them on 4 separate occasions asking about my membership, I have yet to receive a response other than at automated one stating that I will be contacted shortly. I have not tried calling them as I thought email was an acceptable way to make enquiries. Anyone else think the PPA suck big time?

Don't know about Kleen Green, but muc-off degreaser works really well. Not as cheap as Kleen Green I expect
