I would just like to thank Mandibles for driving me around Gauteng to all the riding spots i.e. Northern Farm on Saturday and Groenies on Sunday and even arranging for the entertainment in the form of the legendary HOLY ONE who did not disappoint and supplied some liquid refreshment. I run full X-9 from back to front RD & Trigger shifters for the past 2 years and they work fine for me. Have contemplated trying the gripshift but keep on resisting the urge. I think for know I will stick to the triggers.

If you really want to train you will make a plan. Enter a race with an entry fee of no less than 750 sefrikan rondts per person and 3 other team mates believe me you will make time to train. We doing the TB with a 4 man team and we train at night 3 x a week from 18h00 till 21h30 and there is always 10+ other guys and girls riding with us.
This is just such a LEKKER thing to with your kids. Best time for bonding because they can just go bos. The dad in question definately needed the push more than the kid wait I have more evidence. He thouroughly enjoyed himself. I think I might just do it again on this Friday any other dad's and son's in PE feel like meeting up with us?
Took a few youngsters into the valley on Friday and realised how good it is to just ride and have fun. Check this little guy he smilled the whole afternoon and had so much fun. He is just 6 years old and rode his little BMX(no gears). Some off the other boys on the ride all smilling Dad with son's Spiderman backpack Pushing his bike but still smiling

Wise ASS Terry you did not miss anything and best of all you don't need to replace your whole drive train. JG said after WAP'ing his bike yeasterday it needs a clean again today. He may as well strip the thing down. That red shyte is not nice. Taking my van for a valet later on.
