if it is just aluminium without any carbon you can use paint stripper available from any hardware store. just make sure you wash the frame decently after stripping the paint as any stripper left on the frame will react with the new paint. I heard there is a special treatment for aluminium frames like a primer but its called alomide coating anyone know something about this
