Need some help on picking a new helmet. Any advice, feedback and opinions would be much appreciated. Budget is anything up to R1500. Looking for something comfortable with good ventilation for our hot weather. Also where can one go to try out a wide variety?
Don't think it's possible and even if it is, you are going to walk 50% of the route, few people get over pieke by walking, mtb seems like a massive challenge. keep us updated.
They should actually wash the bike before they take it anywhere near a bike stand. But ja, why would they bother trying to revive some bearings if they can just pop in new ones and ask the premium.
Julle het die kat aan die bal beet. Didn't do the sani, was just thinking out loud what it could cost. But it is all bike dependent. Some of those sani bikes were in very bad shape. R500 for 2 sets of brake pads sound reasonable to me...?
Don't have a pyga but you can shed some weight by getting a lighter cockpit, seatpost and skewers. Swap out the shimano ice tech rotors for avid HS1's and that saves close to 100 grams alone.
Ja seems it's latex, water, sludge, and anything from pepper to glitter. Would like to give it a bash, how did the cost compare? Maybe theres a nice recipe that will last longer and not stick to tires like stans.
If we want respect on the roads then we have to give it on the trails. Fast downhill section, is a pedestrians responsibility to not be there or not be hit. Most other places we should make way if possible to do so. We come from behind and a pedestrian often don't see or hear us, can't just ride your line and hope for the best.
