I entered THE 85Km a while back. But now i'm after being a month off the bike due to that stupid old woman riding into me, all i know is i'm going to suffer. Rode the last 3 evenings since being off and boy i'm unfit. Arse is sore, heart rate sky high. So i think this year i'll ride it and not race i'll just go and enjoy it. This will be my 6th one missed last year due to finaces. Awesome MTB race.

This is what happened to me after work today! Yes i had lights flashing on the bike. The simple b--ch calmly sat in the car did not even get out of the car she had hit me from behind. I'm sure she was intoxicated, her friend who was following her said he saw me. When i mentioned i'm sure she was drunk he quickly said no that she was on heavy anti depressents. I got coned into renew my subscription at the Argus, as they where giving a set of tyres if you renewed there.Well few minutes later i found out that it was only 1 tyre in the box. Chap wasn't very helpful as wanted cancel the renewal.Shouldn't of been a problem as i paid cash all he had to do was cancel the order!

Hey I was also in the bunch in fact right next to Azonic. Bunch was big and guy in the bakkie should of waited a few seconds as what he did was really dangerous as he over took us on a blind bend over a soild line causing 2 cyclist coming from the other side to stop and get out of his way

Yes so fast that he used a GU on dry chain. It made the bike faster.He didn't need the GU.Bike couldn't keep up with him!
