It would be great to know who the marshalls with each group is/ was. Maybe publish it or wear your name somewhere. I like to chat with the marshall afterwards to show appreciation. When the guys are away from their bikes - it can be difficult to know who is who. I found our (B) marshall easy enough today though...

Good to meet Twombles. I enjoyed the fact that we had some honest workers in the bunch - including Twombles! Sadly we also had a horrible crash going down Hekpoort. Spoke to the Bike Marshall afterwards. He was badly smashed but awake. Taken to hospital. Strongs to the rider. That descent is dangerous!!! I feel more tired than expected - Bring on the Panorama!!
