Anybody use the Bontrgaer revolt super x tires. Stan's did not manage to seal my rear Karma yesterday when I pinched it (5mm just behind one of the nobs) - although I was running the pressure a bit too low and it is not the tubeless version. The ZTR rims did however handle it very well.

Ok, so when they mention to the caad4, caad5, furio, optimo, etc does that just refer to the materials used or are there significant geometry differences. Originally had a look at a F600sl (furio) - is that bikes geometry different to the optimo frame or is it just the frame material.

Hi I am thinking of upgrading my current XTC1 frame (17") I was checking out the Cannondale Caffeine and the BMC team SL 03? Was also wondering if Giant stll make the hybrid XTC (with the carbon stays) or where I could get one? Anybody think this is a worthwhile upgrade or any other ideas out there? Thanks Deon

Last I gathered you could find the MTB disc set for about R3500

Had a set on my previous bike, had no problems with them - never had to true them, although replaced bearings. I did hear that they improved on the original bearing fitted though. Lekker light - put mine on the scale and came in at under 1,5kg for the set incl skewers.

Are you running the duraskin or supersonic version of the contis? Is anyone running the supersonic versions tubeless (do we get the supersonic version in SA)?

Hi, I just fitted a set of Kenda Karmas - non tubeless using Stan's on a pair of ZTRs. I have been out on one ride thus far and it seems to be holding. Has anybody had any issues running the non-tubeless version without tubes - these are not the ones with reinforced sidewalls? Thanks D

The forks are relatively easy to service - make sure you get the right weight oils. Service docs can be found on the manitoumtb.com site

Hi I have a Giant XTC1 frame - the seatube comes with an insert - 31.7/27.2. Would it be possible to run a 31.6 carbon seatpost with the frame - does the .1 make a difference or should I stick to a 27.2 post with insert?
