Dude! I'm on f@$^#ing standby... So I first have to check in at work and make sure everything is hunky dory and then cruise at 07:30... I wanted to go early but this standby thing f%@$#%ks me around! It's cool, nice sun, tan, check the bos out, check some bucks... all rustig!
So... what happens if you cruising along in a race and your tubby goes psssssssssssssssssttt... for those of you who race with tubbys, what do you carry with as a quick fix solution for a tubby just to get you to the end?

I was just wondering if anyone watched the 94.7 highlights? There was a crash going up Witkoppen and afterwards there was a black car parked where a lady and guy was helping a Exel rider. I'm looking for their contact details. Was this the Exel team car? I just need their information cause I saw the lady pick up my Winningtime chip. If I can get a hold of her I don't have to purchase another... that's if she's still got it.
Just google... "Le Marmotte cycle race" and then it'll give a list of travel agencies and the costs etc... I think you can do the race Saturday and then the Sunday you do a 13km TT up Alp d Huez if you want... lotsa fun
La Marmotte is perhaps the most prestigious Cyclingrace for amateurs. It's held every year on the first Saturday of July with start in Bourg d'Oisans and finish on top of L'Alpe d'Huez. The race is 175 K's long and to complete the race you have to overcome 4 Alpine mountain passes. You're not alone in this event. Some 5000 cyclists accompany you... Favourite spots: Plan Lachat - big turn 8 K's before the summit of the Galibier. The summit of the Galibier. What's really great: This race is specially good when you are performing well. If your legs are gone then to whole thing becomes a nightmare... Finish up Alp d Huez... Hmmm...
Great... although it has made me wonder about certain thing's in my non-existent brain , I don't think I have a cerebellum... and in order to ride you need one cause that helps you balance although some were finding it hard to balance last night... Take initiative and close the gap yourself or work together. It could lead to a 5 minute win if left to late!
