Use a scuba cylinder and a cut pipe of the low pressure port of the demand valve, screw out valve and place over valve stem, open up and it pops it no sweat.

I also have bought various items small and big ticket from Solomans with only good service and pricing. That is with shopping around online and other shops. The slight increase for instant gratification versus shipping time is not overboard. They were also able to source a crank tool specific for old XTR cranks I had, other shops have not yet even come back to me.
