R500? Where! Where! I am looking for a pair of shoes. Yeah, what I meant is I go to the bike park a lot. But with normal shoes... The angle grinder and zombie bird house is a lot easier with normal shoes But I have to invest in a pair of cycling shoes soon. Guess you'll be way ahead of me in learning how to use them!

I commend your courage... I also found mothers would pull their children closer... what is with the stigma? I basically do it because, well, I can - Not many people can pull off a decent stache without it looking like a half arsed ball of fluff.

Because at least I have an excuse for looking like Tom Selleck. And also I like seeing my nephew.

I have not got shoes yet (still new), but I have always wondered about MTN bike park and shoes. I love going there, but can't imagine wearing shoes for it as there are some hectic technical parts

Also, loosen the pedals... so you can easily unclip. As you get better, tighten them until you are proficient enough to be locked in and not destroy any fish tanks

Is anyone doing the mountain bike 94.7? 50km? I am not sure whether I want to do that or the road one... I've never done either
