  3. How much water do you drink during the day? The afternoon exhaustion may be a sign of dehydration
  4. I did my first 94.7 last year on my MTB with my knobblies and I didn't have any issues I did wash it the day before though
  5. I always plan on doing it until i'm on the home stretch and I can start smelling the bacon and egg rolls.

  7. Number 8 is one of the best reason to ride at Northen farms, I love those bacon and egg rolls!! What is causing the mud at northen farms it hasn't rained in ages and the sections that do have mud are not drying up

  15. Pour lots of talcum powder on your shoes and socks, it makes it easier to get on when you feet are wet from the swim. For those that don't know, talcum powder is also known as baby powder. I had to google it the first time

  20. I want to finish the race and then collapse so I'm going to have to train. Yeah the prize scares me as well but you do get a trophy instead of a medal
