Heard it was some ID10Ts on a quad brike that broke the bridge at Down and Dirty

Completed the 45km half marathon on Saturday was my first ever race in kzn and first ever race in the rain/mud, this was the toughest half marathon i've ever done but still enjoyed it will be back next year. Hopefully then the weather be better better

How much does it cost to do the course?

Was seeded in F for the 40km and had to dodge bottles instead of rocks in the first couple of km's. Tim's going to have a fun time picking them up.

I had some before gym yesterday and was also bouncing around, no crash though

You'll be doing Tim a favor if you pick up all the water bottles you find on the trails.

My dogs only eat the expensive cloths off the line so the socks are safe
