My original point, quite simply was, that these things come and go all the time... and there is so much of it we simply can't maintain interest and outrage at it all. It's the same with road safety, it's the same with licenses, CSA, bike lanes etc... they're flavor of the week, then something else comes along. It wasn't some attack or anything, just a harmless bit of sentiment - I'm as against doping as the next guy, and it pisses me off enormously that the system is so broken (not just in the SA), but it is what it is. If you want to get offended, as it appears you are, then go ahead and knock yourself out
