Hahah, thanx Slick....I really did push myself coz I was feeling bad for holding everyone up....lol....and that grass bank, oh my word....it was damn scary, but next time I wont take as long to go down as yesterday....lol...thanx for helping with all the tips and especially the bike adjustments, It really makes such a difference

Thanx for an awesome day guys and girls, I really enjoyed it very much. Sorry that i kept all of you back, hahaha, i proved to be the slowest and most unfit of the crowd....but thanx for your patience and everyone who helped me with whatever help I needed, you guys rocked... so i have sore legs today and...a bit of a sore chest and fever today as well , hope this passes soon as i want to ride again on Sunday.... It was a tough ride for me, but thoroughly enjoyed it....and I'm in for the next one...
