It turned out reaaally nicely. The meat was super tender and juicy.I basted it every 10 minutes or so with a 50/50 mix of olive oil and lemon juice with some Ina Parmans rosemary and lemon spice as well as Ina Parmans seasoned salt mixed in.

Made a nice little braai for some friends last night. Half a lamb and 2 chickens. Eish it was lekker

Our LBS ( local butcher shop ) has lamb ribs on special for R69/kg still with the belly flap on.......eish they are good on the braai. There must be an over supply due to all the roasts being ordered or something but they have had them at that price for a few weeks now.

I do have time off usually around the end of march. December is usually busy time for us. Everyone wants their piano fixed in the holidays.
