Same problem this side. If I try and make some extra food for the next day, I'll end up eating it before bed, so that rarely works out well, haha. Maybe I should lay of the bread for a while, and just eat fruit and veggies for lunch, and see if I can do that for 2 days. It will be a lot easier than having to make lunch at work. Highly doubt it will work though

I bought some of that Asian pork-cabbage-spinach-food-tub-thingies you pop in the microwave and I guess it steams, but I'll tell you, its delicious. pity its like R45, and I'll easily eat 3 From Woolworths

Is that all? For lunch? I normally have a protein shake for a mid morning snack or so. Thats normally what I have as well. I always have a can or 3 of tuna, some peanut butter, almonds, whole wheat bread, etc in the desk drawer, but it gets a bit much to have that every day

I was wondering what you weight watchers (not guys and girls on diets) pack to work for lunch everyday? Taking in consideration of having to prepare something at work, time constraints, etc. I always find it difficult to eat a well balanced meal for lunch at work, and I'm sure this troubles recovery a bit. So, lets go!
