An interesting, however useless, point to discuss will be whether cyclists on a single track would obey it, if there was one? If it was red, but there were no cars in a radius of 10km, would you still stop?
There was this thick black cable that went across the road, very close to where you are referring to now, if I remember correctly... Don't know what it was for though. Probably electricity
