I messed up my wrist and road the then Surrender Classic Road bike event on my MTB, road bike would have put to much strain on my wrist and being in plaster could not get onto the drops lekker. Plus I could sit up and most of the time take it easy and use on hand - only two hands in big bunches or sections where it became more difficult.

Ja - I think it was bound to happen, surprised the AC has put up such a fight to stay on - was a bit disappointed that he resorted to pulling the race card.

That's wonderful - they can be used to balance something as big as an Oil Rig - I am impressed.

And finally definitive proof they do not work: I strapped one on my Cannondale today to see how long it would balance by itself using only a Power Balance Bracelet. I started the stopwatch and let go my bike - it promptly fell over !! I repeated the experiment ten times all with the same result. Balance Bracelets do not work !!

So - some sources are saying Coetzee will be fired before Christmas after the year end tour. Others are saying they want to give him another year. Its seems as long as he is setting up new records they would like to keep him. Not sure if they understand what records Coetzee it breaking.
