  1. A bit of new and improved bling!! awesome ride if you ask me: Beefier to the previous model. Ride is very smooth yet extremely responsive. Enjoy the viewMike2008-04-24 17:11:41
  2. I had seen them on the roads when I lived in Stellenbosch. Bunch was smaller than 20 when I last saw them but all very enthusiastic. I ended up riding with them on two occasions when out training, was good fun with a laugh or two.
  3. It's a special edition Raleigh. Think it was made for the tour.
  4. My previous statement re: the truth analysis, was merely a statement more than a comparison. I, by no means, doubt what they did can be condoned by anyone or excused. Hence my irritation. If you had done something wrong, then I am sure they would've stopped and maybe confronted you rather than do a hit and run!!!
  5. If you have any sexy volunteers as stunning as that, to pamper me after a race, then ple send them my way!!! I'm sure a fan or two couldn't hurt.
  6. All the more reason to find out the truth as there are always 3 sides to a story. Yours, mine and the truth!!! But the latter always seems to be more obscured than straight most of the time.
  7. BBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
  8. you wanna organize a troup to beat them up? you are familiar with the team' date=' aren't you? [/quote'] I maybe familiar with the team/individuals, depending if they are in my team or if they are part of the club/academy. By knowing where abouts the incident occured, I may have an idea. Either way, my sponsors being mentioned in a negative thread upsets me to no end!!!!! good luck finding them. they might just be some individuals that bought your kit though! My point exactly. Hence why I am asking for a better description on the kit as there are differences between club/academy/U23elite team kit. Either way, it irritates me to no end that my sponsors are brought into disrepute and all the hard work I put in promoting them etc, goes to waste.

  10. Where did this incident occur???
  11. Would be nice to have more tours like this!!! For elite riders, Giro del Capo and Tour de Boland are the only tours available to us!! Well done to the organisers on such a well organised event!!!!
  12. Think you mean HDMI(high definition multimedia interface) input' date='there is a differance,if you have HDMI inputs it does not mean you have a HD or even HD ready panel.HD refers to the resolution the panel can produce.[/quote'] yes, that. got confuzzed. but still say samsung lcd best buy. also depends if u wanna watch more tv or dvd, as broadcasting stations broadcast at a certain pixelation and if your screen to big for your room, then all you see is a heavy pixelated image which is not so cool and against the point of having a lekker tv!?!?!
  13. HD is merely an input to the tv from dvd etc. just better quality but not be all and end all. LCD better power saver but may not be better picture compared to plasma but depends on what you buy. Sony over rated. Samsung same set/features/insides but at a better price. Samsung better than the rest. Size depends on size of the room/distance from which you sitting. my 2 cents worth
  14. krugers n northcliff shorter than 10min. if u want an easier gradient than hekpoort but longer than 10min, then Santa Barbara from the Dam to Lanseria side. Or the R511 from hennops.

    Ryan Cox

Speechless is an understatement. Never had the priviledge of knowing Ryan as a friend but rather as a competitor. He commanded the respect of his fellow comrades and raced with a positive energy that was admired many. Thanks Ryan for inspiring many of our younger and older riders alike. 16. If memory serves me correct, Peoton Pro is the red and white paint scheme??? (2007 model). Full Ultegra and FSA wheels??? The frame is identical to the Peloton LTD, the one the Harmony/Schwinn riders are on, and as Hanx has said, an awesome bike. Standard cmpact frame geometry that is very stiff and responsive. Both bikes come out nicely spec'ed. Maybe consider the xtra cash for the DA and Carbon Ritchy parts, well worth it. In my opinion, best bike on the market for what you pay!!!!

  18. ry daai perd!!!
  19. Hi Fanie, nog n hubber was daar!!!! Good to see ppl are coming out to experience racing. The wind was fun and it sure helped riding there (Tail wind all the way from home!!! nice) It is a great way to learn racing and I have seen ppl get stronger and wiser from it. Enjoy
  20. consider the Easton tempest II, very nice wheel at a price more affordable than Bora and jt as light and stiff with a very good hub!!!! I think they the best value for money, next to the cosmics, which are heavier but are Mavic, which speaks for itself
  21. It's a great climb, especially winding through the streets as you snake your way up to the top in the residential area's. Don't ask me to tell how to get up there, I did it by mistake once and enjoyed it!!!! Other nice hills fairly close by would be Doreen avenue just past Hill Fox and Golf club terrace!!!! You can do a circular route on them, and they really alot of fun when coming back down!!!! The cars try and keep up!! Haha
