Update! Given up smoking for 3 months now. Spending between 30 and 60 mins in the saddle daily (IDT) and 60 to 70 km ride on Sunday. Just bought 3 Sufferlandria videos. Entered the Tri Rock Triathlon. Planning on seeding at the One Tonner or Die Burger.
