Hey Carpet, The hub helped me out when all my new stuff was stolen before I even got it home! Also felt I couldn't accept money, So they bought me the stuff that was stolen. A fight (Karate, judo, MMA) is 5 minutes explosive A long distance runner is 5 to 8 hours endurance Riding is anything from 2 to 6 hours of endurance plus explosive exertion. All very tough, no one is ever going to be the Winner here!

Hi Guys, I currently ride a Marcello frame with a 2002/3 Tiagra groupset and Alex R500 Wheelset. Looking to upgrade and have to start saving. Which is best to go for first? 105 Groupset new at R6500 and wait 6 months to get it or Shimano RS 21 Wheelset at R 1599 and get it now?
