Was thinking after Sat great race at Breede, do I really wanna go do all the other races where the route stays the same year after year? I can do them all blind folded by now, but snce Im a WW, suppose it cant hurt! All and all, its a good race.

Die wind is stil buite, die maan is op sy plek, krieke kriek nog die hele freaken nag, my beenhare is geskeer(vrek, vergeet hoe mooi bene ek het) en dit lyk na a great dag! Wentyd skat ek so teen 2:10 - 2:15!

All my insurance is with Mutaul & Federal, I would recomend these okes any day! Road bike and Mtb insured for R70k and I pay R321pm and never had any problems with them.

Best way to learn to swim is to jump into the deep side...... Go for the 30km and take it easy, not so heavy for a first timer!

How does this Apple Tv thing work, might go buy one before weekend? Does it help better streaming than on your pc? Have the iPad and iPhone!

Mos gese die mense moet hul mud guards inpak! Manne was erg vuil vandag en die meeste het by WP3 byMedi-Clinic gestop vir oogdruppels! Nadat ek vandag weer gaan kyk het, brand my gat weer van voor af vir my 3de Epic. Hierdie keer soek ek n borg en ons almal weet wat daai kanse is, steeds hoor mens altyd van mense wat ALS geborg kry! I WISH.......

Luckily both years I rode, 2011 & 2013, the weather played along nicely! Most important, pack those prettrapper mud guards!! Not lekke to eat sand, mud and all that gunk when its wet! It will also help keep ur eyes clean!
