  1. + 1 - Time to poll, decide and quote.
  2. That's the one! In that case, I vote Baron Witkoppen
  3. Definitley 26" HT, easier to throw around the XC courses
  4. Simply put, it is my screen name!!
  5. Might seem far fetched to some, but I reckon we'll something of the sort in the not too distant future. Take a read, answers most Q's that will be asked here. BaitBike
  6. WOW - funny man!
  7. Sounds feasible to me - quite good actually!
  8. hahaha - sorry, I find humour in that.
  9. See the following link: Garmins For Sale
  10. I'm hooked on the PVM energy gels. By far the best tasting IMO, and seem to graft effectively enough for me.
  11. Admin - why don't you turn this into a poll, with five options: 1, 2, 3, 4 and top4 + shorts1? This will give the best indication as to the most popular choices...
  12. Shorts from design 1 and Top from Mampara's design.
  13. Option 1 or 3 Leaning towards 1
  14. I know there has been a topic singing his praises before, but, watching Ryan Sandes being interviewed and seeing the high esteem with which he is held by the international sporting community, as well as seeing his achievements again, really made me feel proud to be a South African. The lad is truly a machine. As a side note, I'm stoked Zazu was presented with a lifetime achievement award.
  15. DaleM - I believe these guys ride from the Virgin Active in Little Falls, but I'm closer to the Planet Fitness. Perhaps we can hook up for a ride sometime.
  16. Hahahaha - love it!!
  17. Sheesh!! Sitting in traffic on Peter Rd. as I type this, and the upper section is so full of potholes that I reckon you could thrash about there for a couple of hours!!
  18. I usually take your route but get shot down, thought I'd try the "they just look cooler" route
  19. Your newly aquired power pins also look more defined, ripped and cooler - IMHO
  20. Take a look at this thread Little Falls, I believe these guys head out towards the Ruimsig area, so they will perhaps be able to shed a bit more light - I'm just awaiting a reply to my post there. I'm also in that area, and must admit also getting a little bored with the area above Featherbrooke Estate.
  21. Saw a similar (4 riders) thing on Cedar Rd. this morning.
  22. I can imagine, been through that there before - hopefully the rain holds out a little before then. Forecast looks good. From the Exel garage in Hekpoort Planning to ride up and over to the other side, but if it's very muddy the legs might take strain, in which case we'll turn around at the top
  23. Anyone heading out to Breedtsnek this Sunday? My boet and I will be riding, so anyone keen to join - PM me and we can make arrangements
  24. Which direction do you guys head out towards from the gym? I'm a little further towards the Ruimsig area, in fact just down the road from the trails pictured above - so I end up riding around there pretty often, and would be keen to join for a few group rides.
  25. I find, particularly on longer climbs, that if I use a combination it works best for me. I'll sit and spin for a while, and when my lungs are about to burst I drop gears, get out of the saddle and grind away, and then drop back to spinning when my legs are poked again.
