    Cricket......

Quite a few pundits have said an RSA vs NZ is a good possibility
  4. With respect, if the previous set of rules were enforced equally, constantly and without favour, this would not be required, be that as it may, I may come back more often if this place get rid of it's bullies, trolls and Mafioso.
  5. As far as marathon racing is concerned, this is a very strong field, Nino, Julian etc, are XC specialist, and in my opinion would never compete for the win anyway, a few stages sure, top step, unlikely.
  6. It's not the kit, it's the chocolate.....
  7. BullDust! Haters gonna hate, I live 786 meters from Ballito Junction, therein lies the s h I t, you all wish you lived in Ballito!

  10. and Silicon Valley, funny as hell and also a great series.
  11. Just finished watching season one of True Detective, without a doubt the best series I have ever watched, very dark and disturbing, but filmed incredibly and stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, download it from iTunes, amazing, was so gripped I watched all 8 one hour episodes in one day.
  12. A few dealings with them, always been a great experience
  13. The way Jordy has been surfing of late, I am surprised he won, his first win in a surfing comp in ages.
  14. The whole debate about the front fork needing more maintenance and it is more difficult to service, clean etc. Is all BS, my Dirt bike fork is easier to service, takes more punishment than a bike fork ever will, has just as much if not more tech involved. I am sure someone will come out with some aftermarket stanchion guards for it at some point, to be honest, I don't see many scratches and/or damage to my dirt bikes' stanchion guards, so I am not convinced that it will be that prone to damage, the fork seals may need more attention than usual methinks. As far as the cost, it is absolutely insane, but, if you can afford it, then flaunt it! Who cares if some oke on a makro special rides the crap into you, my motto is, at some point in your life, abandon all common sense and go on pure emotion. If you earned the cash, you earned the right to blow R130k on a bicycle, talent or none. Period.
  15. The MTB is the 2014 Model and the Motorbike is the 2015 model, I know where I would spend my money!
  16. To illustrate how cyclists get reamed every day: Cost R75,995 Cost R75,995 Now you tell me, which has more R & D? More tech? More expensive to manufacture? It's a joke!
  17. Oh my! Have a look - WARNING HARDCORE PORN! http://yeticycles.com/#/bikes/sb5c

  20. and Rob Warner, one of the coolest dudes on the planet.
  21. INCREDIBLE, I won't lie, I shed a tear in the movie when he won worlds (On a bloody plane back from JHB last night) What a character, I have never been a great Peaty fan, until now. Imagine the feeling it must be when someone makes such a beautiful movie about you, what people have to say about you, so awesome. What he has done for the sport is something that will also live on forever. Just think if us South Africans supported our hero's so unconditionally....
  22. I have a MTB and a 250 four stroke dirt bike, I would like to think that I am equally "talented" riding each, and I can say for fact (referring to myself) that I go down technical tracks and twisty jeep track much quicker on my MTB a 29er hard tail. The dirt bike is so much heavier 105kgs compared to my MTB of 11kg, it cannot turn as sharp as the MTB, neither as quick, and the thought of having the 250 hitting my head scares me a bit also. I am convinced that there is now way a dirt bike will come even close to a MTB on a DH course. On a technical perspective, to do a step down on the dirt bike you have to get to the obstacle, get onto the throttle and wheelie off, naturally carrying more speed with you and stopping 105kgs is not as easy as stopping 11kgs, suspension and braking power all irrelevant. But, they both still are awesome to ride. My dirt bike climbs better than the MTB though
  23. Just downloaded it onto the ipad, will watch it whilst flying this week.
