They can refund it to them if they don't test positive. Maybe if they realise they can lose 15k before getting a licence they will think twice. They test at school athletics meetings more than they test at cycle races.

They don't test enough not in competition and not out of competition. They should sommer start at the beginning.. When you take out a UCI or elite or whatever licence it is you do to race elites a mandatory Doping test should be done (at your own cost) before you even get that licence and are allowed to enter an event and then randomly over your first year as an elite (at your own costs) ... To start with.. . Sommer finished and klaar...

And you know Marquinhos and Verratti really anchor the team and bring it all together.. More cohesion etc. I love the link up play between their forwards. They just understand each other.. What a game, what a game. PSG advance to the semis. That has got to be one of the best games of football I have seen in a long time. Bayern defense much improved from the first leg and dispite the score and those first 10min (where they soaked up so much pressure) so PSG were so good and created so much.. So did Bayern.. How PSG didn't score I don't know.. Sometimes it goes like that.. Neymar could've walked away with the match ball. Bayern fought to the very end.. So much quality on the pitch lovely stuff.. marquinhos (injury after first leg) and Verratti (COVID) will be fit for the next game. That game had it all and at quality.. She was handed the appropriate ban for violation .. What's knee jerk about that. They get anti doping training, there is an app to check what you can or can not take there is a TUE system etc etc.. She doped got caught and now must live with those consequence.... If she doesn't like it she can go waste her money at the CAS.

Okay everyone have a good chuckle on me. So about a year ago we noticed that we lost a lot of water pressure.. Now it was never great but the loss was quite noticeable toilets take long to fill etc etc. Anyhow so I do the thing you do when you check for leaks.. No leaks.. So I figure well it is probably a municipal issue and made peace with the fact that it is what it is cause well the municipality are super bad at these things. So today the gardener comes to me and says jis he messed up and accidentally hit a pipe and well water everywhere.. So I tell him to go close the mains on the pavement.. He doesn't come right and calls me and it's tight but I eventually manage to close it all the way but I noticed that it was already on the closed direction but the gardener hadn't turned it. Yes some little **** fiddled and just about closed our mains shut... Pipe fixed and water pressure restored[emoji23] Edit I am actually amazed this hasn't happened before because I'd probably have done something like that when I was a little **** myself. [emoji23]

Yep that app is pretty good.. My eldest had no issues.. Questions are identical to to the app oh and have the eye test done at a optometrist before the time.. Saves a bit of time plus Covid and using the licensing department machines.. Min. risk and all. IMO.
