I would think that this would be a great spot for some riding.

Any body have any idea of places to ride around Van Reenens pass? I am spending a couple of days there on the way down to Durbs.

Where in midrand , if its close to woodmead then look at club 100 , they cater for both MTB and Road.

the security guard was handing out notices at the first gate on Saturday about speeding along the road. Hope that it does not become a reason to stop us riding there.

Wonder if the OP has the same attitude towards trail runners when on his MTB or if he always gets clear out the way? There are plenty of valid points, best is keep as far left as safely possible and be aware of who is around you and what they are doing. Will take a look and see what happens when iride there tomorrow.
