  1. Have had good success with Vet's Choice diet version, getting up to 8kg off dogs I've got back from friends when I've been out the country for long periods. (especially on ahhh..."older Labradors" DJR, cant personally vouch for the taste but)
  2. Best explainer I've come accross of why Harleys with chaps, tassels etc seem to be real attractive to middle aged men who haven't emerged from the closet yet/quite come to grips with their sexuality - SOUND ON
  3. I'm your biggest fan...
  4. Sorry to hear man, heal up quick. I was just looking at the new fencing along Beyers in that section and thinking it should improve the situation, but so much for that idea.

  8. They're all shot in jpg at F4 1/2500, 1/320 and 1/400 respectively at ISO200. So it is not from post processing, just the quality of the light. He is walking towards me, low evening sun behind me, so first image has depth of colour, then he walks past me and stops in the shade, to get the exposure right for him in the shade the background gets a bit over exposed and you loose the rich colour from the sunlight, as he walks off again into the sunlight so you get the richer colours where the sun strikes him. In the images below the differences is just a few steps as he moves from the shade to the sun, this is why you hear people refer to the magic hours around dusk and dawn when the light is soft , gentle and rich, it makes all the difference.
  9. Indeed, not having it chewing on your shoulder while giving you kitty rash with the back legs is considered optimal. The old man above's son, he lay and ate the suckling nyala from nose to tail, but the back hooves did give him fur balls for a bit.
  10. Finally got my arse off the couch and used the big glass for the first time in a long time. Man it was good! When you're still buff front and back but a bit middle aged and jowly in profile and lock down hasn't helped.
  11. Ahh, so that was the detonator. It would be impossible to get the whole amount to go up from one detonation point I imagine, hence the partial explosion, but still
  12. MTO trails north of White River, go when you can they're awesome with lots of long downhill single track runs through indigenous forested gulleys and then climbs through plantations. If you're scared of crazy steep high drop ins this will solve your problem and give you tire burn on your shammy.
  13. Bit late for a present then...
  14. Into the hills to play like a kid!
