That is a meme account. There is a difference. There is no official account as far as I know. Only the accounts of the teams are official. Kotas existed before that account and it was very entertaining to follow and served a purpose of unifying the banter and being impartial. But I get the feeling the account was passed on to someone new or things have just morphed a bit in a new direction. EDIT: Maybe its because I am actually from the North that I find things have turned a bit 🤣

Who says that is official? You can't just make an insta account about something and say it's official.

This could be an idea but then teams must opt in to this and teams in this $ groups should police each other in the spirit of racing.

The Active Hobo podcast with Ballairs covered the drafting and policing of it. There is just now enough resources and we can think what we want bit in 320 teams its the 310 teams that actually matter in this race and makes it what it is. So concentrating on those people is far more beneficial for the event. Last year Mother drafting ASAP/EuroSteel cost us a podium I'm sure. We also made sure we are within the rules. It just so happens it was one of the Kotas teams which then was made worse because I'm obv routing for Savage and it was deemed being salty... but as a racing team we wanted to race clean and HAVE to as part of the rules. For Kotas, who cares. It's fun and games but for overall it def has to apply and a protest should be handled properly. Minor teams should respect that though and I don't think they do. We don't really care that LPC drafted ASAP, ECC worked with Rouleurs or House of 12 who somehow thought they were part of Kotas latched on to 226ers same way Mother latched on to us last year. Savage boys were on their own, did the work and feel great about the effort. Had an awesome ride and was moertoe afterwards. This is how I remembered Savage from 5 years ago, results don't matter, laughing at who crashed and burned does 🤣

Kotas is a bit of a salty fest at the moment. What started as friendly rivalry has turned into even the meme account being pissed off. One thing I've learned now is that DC is cycled using "Prison Rules" except by a very few top teams going for podium... and those under the illusion everyone else is abiding by the rules 🤣 Another DC under the belt with some awesome guys, the fines evening was the highlight 🤐

Seeding shouldn't really matter. It only dictates what time you are waking up.

I apologise for spoiling your motive and come and explain ourselves. Personally being attacked and saying meds won't work on us is offensive. I'm sure with the correct meds we can be saved! This is where context comes in. This pic is just as we passed him. We passed him on the right, he was ridding very slow and looked like he could be parking so passing him on the left where the parking spaces are would be foolish and unsafe. We are grown men with wifes and kids and driver’s licenses. We know how the road works. I’m not saying we were perfect all the time but neither is any motorist or anyone in life but situations plays out and we deal with things responsibly and safely. We were alerted to this post because it’s actually a joke. We are 100% for safety on the roads!! It’s disappointing that a picture like this is being scrutinized as it’s a freeze frame in a whole passing manoeuvre executed safely. The fact that we co-existed on the road as road users was the positive here. Never in a million years would I have predicted someone would post here that not even medication can fix us.

Storm in a tea cup. He clearly needed some drama in his life and wants to come play keyboard warrior. Anyway, not worth it. 1 car on the road driving 10kph taking photos of “how reckless” we are with no respect to using a complete empty road otherwise. No wonder this world is so screwed up.

Is it just me or do I look fat in that photo? Anyway also a bit out of context photo and you can really say anything there and make up stories. The whole situation was us passing an extremely slow moving car that looked like it wanted to park. It now appears it could have been a stalker waiting to get some pics of us 😁
