  1. Ma se hare, Thats expensive, I honestly would not even bother with that fork at that price.
  2. Also dont quite understand that. The 50km seems very very flat, and the 42 km a lot tougher.
  3. Next weekend is Burger mtb, I am going to save my bike for that. Looks extremely wet tomorrow, and still raining Saturday.
  4. You will obviously know better than me, but people keep mentioning some or other spacer on the 650b. Which they are not too happy about, I actually havent bothered reading up too much as its not something I would buy.
  5. On that Specific bike it seems that the 29er Stumpy is better than the 650b. then again some people loved them, the 650b stumpy, and are very happy with them. I like my 29ers so I am sticking with them. But I know a couple of guys eagerly awaiting the arrival of their 650b stumpys.
  6. 105 really, thats 23 kg more than me, thats 2 x s -works epics and some change.
  7. I have chicken legs.
  8. They assured me it wont be more than R70 000, and I usually get 10 percent off all my bikes, I have bought 5 bikes from them in the last 18 months. So about R60 to R63 000. I am willing to pay up to R70 if thats what it takes to get my grubby hands on that Evo. That Pike is just unbelieveable.
  9. I would buy a 2014. Some people expect the 2015 bikes to be much much more expensive, not just giant, Spez, Canondale etc etc.
  10. Lets wait and see what the reviews are like on the RS1. Too early to speculate.
  11. Hahaha, have you got your flame suit on Sir?.
  12. That looks like something Brian Habana would wear
  13. Camber Evo, so its more agressive than the normal camber, also 120mm travel front and rear, instead of 110 on the normal one. Now here is the thing, I wanted a Stumpy fsr, but as soon as you go to the expert models and up, its comes with brain suspension. Now, as good as the brain is on the Epic, I dont want it on my trail bike. The Camber Evo is very different from the normal camber, just have a look at the tyres it comes with, that should give you a clue. This is no xc machine, its a proper trail bike. Enduro is fun downhill, my legs however dont want to pedal it up anything.
  14. Cant ask me secrets like that. The evo expert is actually cheaper than the normal expert you have. difference being that the normal expert has carbon rims, where the evo does not.
  15. No love for Lewis on this forum.
  16. They are about R60k, as far as I know they only come with the 1 x 11 setup. Only negative is no carbon rims, but you do get the Rockshox pike and the fox ctd like on the s works Camber, with slightly more travel, 120mm instead of 110mm. I will have mine in September apparently, according to my lbs. Cant wait, just in time for better weather.
  17. Also true, quick to pass the blame.
  18. Like I said, I dont particularly like Lewis or Rosberg. Lewis is a tjop, but the biggest chop in F1 has to be Adrian Sutil. Didnt they mention last week that he was being replaced? Thought coulthard mentioned something.
  19. I still feel sorry for him. He is not a bad oke. Hope he can turn it around towards the end of the season.
  20. Dont want to start a gun thread. But I love those Glocks. I might even have one, or not.
  21. I am also liking Lewis less and less, but I still prefer him to Rosberg. I dont know why, but I dont like him. Maybe the fact that he comes from such a wealthy background and had it all his own way growing up. Lewis I think had to work harder to get where he is, make more sacrifises. He should remember that, as he is also acting like a little rich spoilt brat these days. As it stands I dont cheer for any of the Merc drivers, and I still love it when Vettel hits trouble or gets beaten. Alonso, Bottas, Riciardo and Massa, cause he has had terrible luck, get all my support. Looking forward to the weekend.
  22. Enjoy it while it lasts. You are very fortunate.
  23. Enjoy it while it lasts. You are very fortunate.
  24. I thought so too, everytime its wet and muddy its a service, brake pads, lost a derailer in the last wet race. Heaven forbid you have a expensive dual suspension.
