Does anyone have any experience or any knowledge at all on bike geometry and sizing , what tubing to use, special tools needed? me and my dad want to try building a time trial bike (for sh*tzand giggles) , but im struggling to find info on the process, dfferent angles and geometries etc. want to achieve something like this (with some changes):

id be very willing to pay R1000 a month, but as it stands my dad cant just keep forking out that kinda money for me so i just wanna "test the water" and get a basic program for basic increase and if it works well ill see if i can get a better one.....just remember, More expensive isnt always that much better, + a coach looking at your data evrey day still doesnt guarantee you to be the best in the business ....to me the price difference is just a little too much

got another questions for you insurance gurus....if i give a replacement value to cycesure, what price will i give....do i give the price of a new 2009 F1 model, or the price id get a 2007 F1 for in this year....thanks (eg. A ne 2009 F1 is R60000 to replace, but the 2007 model would be about R30000 if bought second hand, and also 60k when it was bought new in 2007 i think) cyclesure has great prices

i have the spez pro carbon shoes, and i can tell you that the sole is super stiff and they are extremely cumftable....if the lowerrange ones are so great the sworks ones can only be better

whats the best place to buy bibs in pretoria...best prices and range? looking for giordana,castelli or maby assos if price isnt too steep need this quite urgently hehe, my training bibs are falling apart quite literaly

anyone ever used this mar2 stuff and gotten a type of rash..i just used it for my training ride and when i got back i realised that my legs are all red and itchy as hell...looks like i was in the sun for an hour too long ll any treatment recomendations lol.....itchy as hell!!!!! thanks
