i have the spez pro carbon shoes, and i can tell you that the sole is super stiff and they are extremely cumftable....if the lowerrange ones are so great the sworks ones can only be better

hi guys...i know there are a few coaching threads already but what the hell im looking to get a coach in gauteng, pretoria ive looked at training bible and bikemax power and find it a little expensive compared to some others ive read about eg. R900 for a 3 week program compared to R400 for a weekly personalised program does anyone know of good coaches with a reasonable price in pretoria? looking to do well in juniors from now on thanks in advanced
