i find chamois cream does make a ride more comfortable...not for your a$$ but just in general down in the chamois region its a sort of lubricant between chamois and skin, so prevents that sticky uncomfortable feeling just my opinion tho

and just think how much that kids going to grow in the next few years.....gonna need a new frame asap haha

RIP ADAM....team mate and great friend all i know is that he was out training alone close to their farm, and a car hit him from behind....dont have anything else truly sad, and he will be greatly missed by all of us!! really cant believe it still!!!

well what would it mean? do you want to "create" your own team, full sponsorship, or would you sponsor individuals randomly, expecting them to advertise for you somehow eg. id ride for my club, but wear your companies shirt after every race

Hello there one of my friends got a free set of Alex rims DA22 wheels but instead of campy they have shimano free hub, how can i fix this?? anyone know where i could get a free hub body to replace that one?? thanks

also try to avoid it....generally the people dont have a cooking clue of what it means to ride licenced. they think its all fun and games and easy then eventually you get a "ah im sure youl make it to the tour de france...someday" remark, or they start talking about how awsome lance was ... haha the worst is when they ask to join in a ride

fully agree with that....and if there is acknowledgment for winning in the ladies section, it will probably draw more to become more serious, which will increase the number of participants etc etc and they could very easily just simply decrease the prize moneys for the males by even R50 per prize and they'd have enough for the ladies its rediculous
