It is planned to be a bit more advanced than that but I will cover what I feel is necessary for that class, I have listed below what I cover in the lessons. We go for a ride on the trails to put everything into practice. The class is not limited to the below and if I feel the class can do more then we will. If you have been riding for a while and you are comfortable on your bike then you will be fine with an Intermediate class. Beginner Max 10ppl- Bike setup- Riding position, neutral, climbing & descents- Braking- Standing, movement on bike Intermediate Max 8ppl- Movement, getting loose on the bike- Track stand/balance- Braking- Cornering, Long and tight corners- Drop off- Steep climb- lifting your front wheel- Getting onto/over logs and pavements- Rock garden
