Polar CS200 served me very well but the Garin Edge 500 is like a CS200 on steroids. Garmin Edge 500 is easy to setup and the best motivational tool I've ever bought. Worth every cent. The autolap setting is great for interval training, you can choose how long the intervals are before the ride.

Bastard, bloody agents stole my Giant ATX 830 on Friday 18th June 2010 from a Blairgowrie property next to Delta Park. It's not worth much but did a 3hr 94.7 on it a many years back, just a toy to play with on the spruit. It had Shimano SPD pedals and no front shock, standard bike. I've attached a pic I found on the web that is closest to how my bike looked.

Looking forward to actually finishing my first Argus, my frame got written off 400m into the race last year by some chop who rode into my rear derailer. Got racing wheels and a new rear derailer for the race, bring it on!
