is that the drop off where to the right is the chicken run and tothe left is the drop off with the chicken net over it ? I did it the last event and it wasn't as bad as what it looked.Keep your weight back use your rear brakes and you should be fine. I suggest trying a few drop off 1st but if you don't feel comfortable rather opt out, safety 1st ! my 2c

I went to Cajees 4ways looking to buy a bike for the wife. After doing my home work and shopping around I went to the sales men which smelled like he had eaten a dozen garlic cloves for breakfast anyways ! I ask him for a specific spec bike I already had a price from another LBS incl kit and accessories this oek was 3K more expensive so I told him the price I got quoted from the other LBS's and asked him if he could match the price this guy turned around to me and said NO sorry I wont match the price. He didn't even try close a deal or say let me see what I can do nothing straight to the point NO. So I went to that other LBS and bought everything there. Sorry for them they have lost out on 3 additional bike sales and additional accessories. Very narrow minded, that's why all the sores are so over stocked and untidy becoase they not moving bikes. my 2c and experience.

If you have Stans ZTR wheels stay away from the GEAX You will never put those tyres on those wheels. I speak of 1st hand experience. if I were you I would go with Conti Mountain King Front and Race King on the rear Or X King front and rear

Yip I did come right I got my self a set of Conti X Kings fitted them in 5min by hand no issues.

Hey guys it was my 1st 50km event I really enj it but I must say the were tones of twists and turns and the hard terrain really took it out of me. I must day that massive drop off was the bomb..........

That really sux I'm sorry man. Where are these bikes going that is the question.... ? What LBS was the bike purchased from maybe there is someone working there that is tipping guys off ? Good Luck hopefully they find the bike, maybe local pawn shops is a starting point ?

My problem is getting the one side of the tyre on :cursing: I wish I was on the pumping phase

I agree go tubeless ! Maybe you are running the incorrect tyre pressures and you pinching the tube when you hit a sharp object ?

@ Domestique I couldn't agree with you more in regards to the Local Bike distis in this country. the Local Distis need to catch a BIG wake up call as sales aren't only driven by LBS (times and sales have changed) Some LBS don't advise you correctly they have an attitude where they are doing you a favour when you walk in as a customer. The bottom line is simple they are all working together at the price of the consumer. I'm sorry for B!tching but I really feel strong about this. At the end of the day the Distis needs to look at sales and getting their products out on the market. If a new store owner wants to sell a Distis product that means that the new prospect trust's and is loyal to that brand why not supply ? I bet the online store at a competitive price will probably out sell the LBS. Its funny how overseas everything is online and locally we have to mission to get ecommerce going ? Very sad and narrow minded. My 2c.

@ BogusOne I'm looking for a 16T or 17T rear Sprocket. where did you buy your spacers and locking nut from to hold the sprocket in place ?

Hi Guys, I have purchased a set of Campagnolo Scirocco G3 wheels and I'm looking for a campag to shimano freehub body. reason for this is I want to use these wheels on my single speed project and only shimano sprockets and spacers are freely available. Does anyone have anything lying around or that could help ?
