this is going to be interresting. World Champs was allready quite early this year happening next weekend. that really messed around our provinces if we consider KZN only had their provincial champs last weekend. ITU have dated next years worlds at 30May-1 June http://www.triathlon.org/events/event/2014_pontevedra_itu_duathlon_world_championships makes me wonder how many athletes that are used to the Iron Man training then bounce back and follow up with the duathlon season. SA champs will have to be at least in March. when will our provinces manage their champs? slap bang in tri season

that is my next port of call. i sort of got the message there were forms to complete. but you HAVE to wait for mtn to GIVE you the forms , i eventually googled it filled it in sent it.. now waiting

After 12 years on mtn i finally dedcided.. right i'll get cell insurance for the iphone. boom it gets stolen. what a freaking mission to actually make a claim. have any of you done this before? how long does it take? it has been a week and mtnsp are still 'getting' back to me so i can start the claim process. They must have 99% staff working on marketing and credit collection and 1% on customer service

i have to agree with the article writer reviewer. the concept (excuse the pun) of bolting on accesories is a brilliant idea. KEEP the bike aero and not leave it to the consumer to figure out HOW wil i carry spares and water and keep this thing space age fast. we are not all TJ Tollaksons..

this news did make the Blitz channel rollover. chuffed with that! the night before the race Caveman tweeted the Psi in those tyres were 4psi... !!!!! he raced them with12psi though.that is less than 1 bar!

that is a seriously short cockpit... straight seatpost and short stem. i had a problem with the internal routing of the rear derailer. it gets sticky no matter WHAT cable you use. eventually just ran a full Gore cable outside.

OUR local legend dr RG du Toit is something like that. has HAIRY legs , was in his 50's this year still got 7 th overall at duathlon SA's this year. when i just arrived in Hermanus i one morning joined the saturday group road ride. RG showed up on his mtb and kept up like it was nothing... we were MOVING! he decided to go ride another route and turned off... few minutes later RG's back in front of the group... he turned around a few km's down the roaddand decided to join us again. RESPECT!
