    This made me think. With all that has happened in the last year, I've gotten FAT. Currently 26.4%, no wonder I'm so slow. HOWEVER, life has settled down a bit now so I'm on the journey back. Got my first trail marathon in 5 weeks. Going to pull a page from the Steer playbook , "Super undertrain for the event" 😉

    Or Ocon but then again, THEY crash into him not him into them. While Max races side by side without incident against Leclerc and Sainz yet is known as a dirty driver.

    Absolutely enjoyed watching the Sub7/Sub8 yesterday. Massive amount of respect for them all. With that frame of his, KB really is something else. Being able to be that fast over all distances is unreal.

    I said to my mate and fellow gunner a few weeks ago that the Palace loss would cost us. It's like a decade ago when Wenger did the whole "project youth" To much pressure on kids with not enough squad depth. injuries to key players and then everything crumbles.     Unai Emery took Arsenal to Europa league final, then got sacked for Arteta because Ozil and Auba wouldn't preform like expected of players on their wages. Both players are now long gone. Emery then knocked Arsenal out of Europa league, went on to win it and now knocked Bayern out. Makes one think.

    We were out played and out coached. Palace played like the Arsenal of old. Viera has done magic there. Won't be long before higher profile clubs come knocking.
