Couldn't update on my phone but pc seems too work ....busy contemplating at tbis very moment

I always find them at discem ....i like the after taste when swallowed whole haha but would be a bid overpowering if not swolon on the whole

Thought id share my secret weapon ...haha its working for me ...no guarantee its going to work for someone else But I've been 3 years flue less ...Since i started taking a tablet of scorbex every 2nd or 3rd day during winter i normaly start in april and it really seams to work for me ...maybe im just superstitious or something but ive been commuting thru winters and still no colds

Seems like a really old thread haha This is my first year commuting to work and I've been going thru the winter ...which haven't been that cold actually I'm doing a 30 km round trip 5 days a week + the odd 60 km ride on a Saturday and its been awesome all the way lost 10 kg and my heart and lungs have never felt this good I love commuting

Yes it concerning ...some website said that two guys broke their collerbone

Ill save a spot for you .....behind me haha and I might spray can of cat no more on me As far as I know the only protection is game rangers with guns positioned along the road but I'm really looking forward to it and don't think they would have done this event so many years if the safety was really that big concern
